Some places are just amazing; the beauty & the space are perfect for magical memories. This family-owned flower farm is one of these amazing places.

I met Liz + Bang over a decade ago – when Anthony & I had the honour of photographing their beautiful wedding in Los Cabos. Fast forward to the present & their love of unique, storytelling imagery continues, only now there are 3 more main characters in their story.

On a warm summer’s afternoon, this flower farm felt like we’d stepped into a magical world. It was wonderfully quiet, with bees & butterflies fluttering around. Yes, the mosquitos ate us, but the kids didn’t mind as the riot of colours & scents (& gummies!) captured their attention & imagination. The girls danced through the flowery fields, stopping to admire a bloom & have a think about if it was the right blossom for their bouquet. They quickly learned how to cut fresh flowers & loved the freedom to pick whatever flowers they wanted.

Liz + Bang, it is always a joy to spend time with your beautiful family! It was such a magical evening picking flowers with all of you. The bouquets you created were stunning, I hope you enjoyed them as much at home as we did creating them.
